Jerrod Phillips, center from Little Rock, competes in the Meter Pole Makeup event during the Entergy Arkansas Electric Lineman's Rodeo Saturday. More than 30 linemen from around the state showed their skills in constructing, operating and maintaining power line systems on specially installed poles at the State Fairgrounds. The two winning teams will represent Entergy Arkansas in an international linemans's competition in Kansas City later this year.
