A.D. Hurd spent 9 months in jail charged with a murder he says he didn't commit. He was accused in the slaying of a secretary in the Phillips County Sheriff's Department in March 2004. He was released from jail Dec 31, 2004 after DNA testing pointed to another suspect. His wife Nia Thomas is at left.
