Runners celebrate in a cloud of colored powder Saturday morning during a post race party at The Color Run finish area in Rivefront Park in Little Rock on Nov 2, 2013. Participants are doused with colored powder at each kilometer of the 5K course during the event which helped raise money for the City of Little Rock Parks and Recreation Department.
