Smith, dressed as Rufio, one of the Lost Boy from the Peter Pan movie Hook, compete in a costume contest at the River City Comic Expo on Sunday being held in the Statehouse Convention Center in Little Rock. Boatman won the first place prize of $150 in the contest.
